Most of Viruses, Trojans and other Hacking attack may disable your Task Manager
Antivirus and other tune up software cannot enable it. I am telling a method through
which you can enable it without using softwares.
1. Goto run and type regedit press entrer
2.Goto HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\ Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System
3. Then do these changes there
Value Name: DisableTaskMgr
Data Type: REG_DWORD (DWORD Value)
Value Data: (0 = default, 1 = disable Task Manager)

Value Data: (0 = default, 1 = disable Task Manager)
6. In the Step 3 and 4, if the values are set to 1 then the Task Manager is disabled. Revert back to 0 in order to enable it back
