If your connection is direct to the computer and you are getting a public i.p not a router then follow these steps
1. Goto run and type cmd and hit enter
2. Type "ipconfig /release" and hit enter
3. Now goto Start> control pannel > Network connection
4. Right click on the active Local Area Connection and choose Properties
5. Now double click on internet protocol (TIP/IP) and click on "use the following ip adress"
6. Enter a false I.P adress 111.111.111.111 and Press Tab and the Subnet Mask section will populate with default numbers
7. Hit ok two times and Right click the active Local Area Connection again and choose Properties and Double-click on the Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)
8. Choose Obtain an IP address automatically and hit ok 2 times
now check your i.p on google
