Increase tour computer speed when SVCHOST.exe is using 100% CPU in task manager

Friends some times your computer is very slow after startup and if you check your running application by pressing Alt+Ctrl+Del then you will find that svchost.exe is usind 100% CUP then stop this and increase your PC speed by disabling it
 Basically this is an bug in some computer Microsoft has release a patch to fix this problem

Download the 32 bit version of the patch for thesvchost.exe 100% cpu issue here and the 64 bit version here.

After installing the patch, reboot your computer. Then get the Windows Update Agent version 3.0 (32 bit version here, 64 bit version here). Install the Update Agent and again, reboot your computer.

Then you have fixed the problem 

You can also disable this by following these steps

Click on Start>All Programs>Windows Update
In the opened window, click on "Change Settings" in the grey column on the left
Disable Microsoft Updates and ignore the warnings
Complete the uninstall procedure
