Friends if you want to add some some items in start button then i have a trick for that by using registry it is simple just follow these steps
1. Goto run and type regedit and hit enter
2. In regedit go to
HKey_Classes_Root\Directory\Shell
3. Here on right side of shell folder add a new key with name "descriptive" without inverted commas and hit enter
4. Now click on the key and give full path of the program like if you want to add MS Exccel then i path will be C:\program file\msoffice\msexcel.exe
and enjoy this trick
