Usually windows X.P Update will automatically reboot the system when you have your system configured to "Automatically download recommended updates for my computer and install them" and one or more of those updates requires a reboot. This settings changes the behavior so when users are logged in the system will not automatically reboot. Now i am sharing such trick by using that you can stop rebooting
first of all goto start then run and type there regedit then press enter after this goto this registry
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate\AU]
then on right side you will see the value NoAutoRebootWithLoggedOnUsers
Now change its value to "1" from "0"
Now enjoy this trick
